State-Mandated Health Screenings
New Entrants
Required to provide a physical upon admission to school- if not received one will be scheduled with the school doctor.
9th Graders
The school nurse will perform a scoliosis screening on all 9th grade boys, unless it was received from your private provider.
11th Graders
The school nurse will perform a vision & hearing screening on all 11th graders, unless it was received from your private provider.
The school doctor will perform a physical and BMI/Weight Category Status on all 9 & 11th graders, unless it was received from your private provider.
