In order to safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of your child/children, to place your child/children in the most appropriate educational program, and to conform with New York State Education Law and Board of Education Policy #5150, entitled School Admissions, the Office of Student Services & Central Registration requires the submission of certain documentation and records within your possession. In furtherance of the ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ’s registration and enrollment process, the above-referenced documentation and records, together with the ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ’s registration packet, must be completed and fully submitted to the ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ’s Office of Student Services and Central Registration.
