Children with fractures, stitches or other serious injuries will need a doctor’s note to be excused from physical education. NO PHYSICAL EDUCATION ALSO MEANS NO SPORTS. If a doctor takes a student out of PE/Sports, a doctor’s note is needed to return to PE/Sports. All doctor’s notes must be given to the nurse and she will give notice to the PE teacher and/or the coach.
