  • Continue to familiarize students with instructional learning platforms (Seesaw and Google Classroom) to ensure continuity of instruction

  • Grade assignments and post grades to Infinite Campus

  • Support students with potential digital challenges

  • Follow the established course of study to ensure that students are progressing towards meeting appropriate learning standards

  • Monitor assignment submissions and communication with students to remind them of missed and/or upcoming deadlines

  • Communicate with families if students have missed assignments

ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ students will:

  • Log in to their respective learning platform (Seesaw or Google Classroom) daily

  • Attend synchronous lessons every day/time that they are scheduled, with camera on

  • Participate in asynchronous learning, by completing all work through Google Classroom and Seesaw

  • Complete and submit all assignments in alignment with due dates established by teachers

  • Communicate to their teacher(s) any questions they have regarding coursework assignments/lessons that have been posted

  • Communicate to their teachers any difficulties surrounding participation in remote learning

ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ parents should:

  • Check for regular COVID-19 updates on the ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ School ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ website

  • Communicate with teachers, support staff, and/or ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ/Building leadership  on any questions or concerns

  • Support your child(ren) to the best of your ability with the online platforms being utilized by the ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ  (turning in assignments, mute and camera buttons, logging off, etc.)

  • Contact the ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ Technology Department if you need support with an account or device  (chromebook@bayshoreschools.org)

  • Encourage and support children with logging onto their respective learning platform (Seesaw or Google Classroom) and to be online, on time, every day

  • Support your child in being punctual for synchronous lessons in a quiet learning space, with minimal distraction and the appropriate/required materials

  • Provide the school with a working email address and phone number(s), and update appropriate offices, if necessary
